Here’s another one from Farmer Jamie, great especially for those that aren’d big fans of nog in beverage form. Try this one today, and let us know what you think!
‘Nog Toast

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
thick-cut bread (I prefer white for this recipe)
2 cups eggnog
Syrup from the stand (for topping)
Directions:
Preheat skillet, medium heat
Combine eggs, eggnog, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix.
Pour into a shallow dish/pan.
Dunk the bread in the mixture until both sides are covered.
Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until it has a light crisp coating. Be sure not to burn!
Serve with butter and syrup!
