Kale Watermelon Smoothie

imageHope you all tune in for some great ideas this week!  But for now, how about a quick smoothie?

Wash and remove a full bunch of kale leaves from the tough stems.

Into to the blender it goes with one peeled orange.

Add 4 chunks of watermelon and 5 mint leaves.  You may want to add some sweetner if you aren’t a fan of a strong kale taste, or just use a bit less kale.

Blend and you will end up with this totally amazing vibrant smoothie.  Into a travel mug it went and ended up happily in Alex’s belly on his way to work.  Enjoy!
