Fresh Slaw with Maple Grapefruit Vinaigrette

I loved this combo of the Winter CSA citrus, storage carrots and cabbage. Hope you like it too, along with the bonus recipes in this Sunday Dinner post(I loved the maple grapefruit combo so much, I went a little crazy). A little dijon mustard goes a long way in putting this vinaigrette over the top.


Maple Grapefruit BBQ Sauce

Easy to make, this sauce is sweet and tangy in all the right places, and scrumptious over some slow cooker pulled chicken. Plan ahead and allow some time for the slow and low simmer and stir, the flavors really come together as things thicken up. Try the other included recipes while your sauce is simmering, and you’ll have a full maple grapefruit meal by the end!


Asian Peanut Slaw

This may be weird looking, but one bite and you might be addicted. The awesome nuttiness of the peanut sauce and sesame oil along with the sweet and salty soy/brown sugar combination really gets your cabbage dancing. Try tossing this dressing with any combo of carrot or cabbage that comes your way.
