Polenta Dippers Red Pepper Ketchup

Polenta can be made with cheese and herbs as you see fit, or just plain works too. The red pepper ketchup makes for a whole new enjoyable dipping sauce!


Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

A simple yummy and forgiving appetizer. Jess used feta in these, but anyone they are stuffed mushrooms, so mix it up! Remember that most Worcestershire sauce contains anchovy, so you’ll need to go with a vegetarian option if staying vegetarian on this one.


Fiddlehead Parmesan Puffs

Adapted from a Williams Sonoma Recipe for Asparagus puffs, gruyere cheese and parmesan is good, as is a sharp cheddar. Whichever cheese you use, I hope you’ll like these!
