Orange and Honey Glazed Chicken

This is a nice way to use those oranges that have lots of seeds. The juice and honey really make this dish! Great bird, juicy and delicious. Of course make a gravy out of the juices in the bottom of the pan. Add more fresh squeezed orange juice to really punch it up.


Pork Tenderloin with a Parsley Orange Gremolata

This one calls for ginger preserves, this is the only time we use them all year. You can substitute apricot or crabapple preserves with grated ginger added in a quick simmer if you like.


Shanghai Noodles

It’s fast, it’s furious, and utterly scrumptious. Sirloin Tips, Flank Steak, or other Stir-Fryable cut, sliced into thin pieces and cooked will work with this. Precooked tofu, chicken or pork also work great in this recipe, along with a variety of veggies. A great one to make your own!
