Yoga on the Farm

Come join Evelynn Sablone on Sunday morning. We will begin with some movement, including some sun salutes and end with a lot of stetching on our mats. This slow and gentle flow is good for all levels, including beginners. Bring a mat and some water. Wear comfortable clothes that will not restrict your movement.
$15/person and payments can be made at the farm, prior to the class.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
