Hi everyone, Jess here to present the 4th pickup of the Springdell CSA Summer Season! It looks lovely!

- Summer Cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Zucchini, (Golden and Classic)
- Summer Squash
- Snow Peas
- Slicing Cucumber
- Pak Choi (Bok Choy)
- Rainbow Chard
- Russian Kale

Summer Cabbage is the highlight of this share! Slaw, Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Galuska… The possibilities are limitless! Nan’s Cabbage Rolls is the most clicked-on cabbage recipe on this website, so that’s always a tried and true possibility. I’m hoping to try a Korean Taco recipe of some sort this week and see how that goes.

I hope you have a wonderful and delicious week! If you get stuck on how to use an item, check out the Veggiescope for help, or please feel free to message me, send a comment, text (my number is on the business cards at the farm stand). If you find a recipe that works well, please let me know too! I’ll credit you and add it to our ever-growing database of successful CSA recipes! Thanks so much for reading, and I’ll see you back here at the end of the week!
I might just have to try that cauliflower recipe!
This is my favorite way to eat cauliflower – even pleases the meat lovers!

Awesome, Julie! Let me know if you like it! I look forward to trying out your favorite recipe too, thanks for sharing!
