The “Show” – Springdell Winter CSA Pickup #7


Hi all, Jess here to present the 7th pickup of the Springdell Winter CSA! What a delicious box of deliciousness we have here! As a reminder, if you’re interested joining the Summer CSA, now is the time to apply! Stop by the farm or email Farmer Jamie to receive your CSA application today! There are also some good incentives should you want to sign up for the meat subscription too. Let’s have some fun cooking together this summer!

It’s so nice to see this week’s feature in the CSA box! Mozzarella House has some amazing cheeses, all just a piece up the road from us! Stuffed Shells are my usual go-to this time of year, when I have ricotta and yummies such as spinach, garlic, tomato and parsley. If you have lasagna noodles kicking around, Spinach and Ricotta Roll-Ups are yummy as well!. We’ll see what the week brings! Meanwhile, ricotta is great with radishes (if you have any left from the last pickup), or rolled into your favorite meatballs to create a very nice texture.
